Information we collect
We collect information you give us and information created when you use our site or communications channels:
- Contact details: name, phone number, email address, business name, and mailing address
- SMS and MMS content, including photos or files you send to (210) 934-9431
- Voice calls, voicemail recordings, and transcripts on that line
- Email correspondence
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited if you use insurancelabs.com
- Records of opt-in, opt-out, and support requests related to our text program
How we use information
We use this information to operate Insurancelabs, reply to you, schedule and follow up, transcribe voicemail, keep business records, improve our tools, and meet legal duties. We do not use your mobile number to send marketing blasts or share it with third-party list companies.
Text messages
If you text or call (210) 934-9431, or give Michael Blake your number and ask to be contacted, we may send conversational SMS or MMS from that number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Details are in our SMS Terms.
How we share information
We share information with service providers who help us operate, including Twilio (voice, SMS, MMS, and voicemail), Microsoft 365 (email and files), and similar vendors under contract. We may share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep communications and account records as long as needed for the purpose collected, for our business records, and as required by law. You may ask us to delete information where the law allows.
Your choices
You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP. You may email us to access, correct, or delete information we hold, subject to legal limits. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information.
Children
Our services are for business adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. The current version will be posted at this URL.
