Program name

Program description

This is a two-way conversational text program. We use it to reply to people who text or call us, take messages, send short operational follow-ups (including voicemail notices), and handle ordinary business coordination. It is not a marketing list, promotional blast, or advertising program.

How you opt in

You opt in by doing one of the following:

• Texting (210) 934-9431
• Calling (210) 934-9431 and leaving a number to call or text back
• Giving Michael Blake or Insurancelabs your mobile number and asking to be contacted by text

Consent is not required as a condition of buying any product or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive replies when you write us, plus occasional follow-ups related to a conversation, appointment, or voicemail you left. We do not send recurring promotional campaigns.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s rates for SMS and MMS are your responsibility.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to (210) 934-9431. You may also write STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. You will receive a one-time confirmation, and we will stop sending Program texts to that number. To start again, text that number or ask us to resume.

Supported carriers

The Program is intended for US mobile numbers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We treat mobile numbers and message content as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your number. We use vendors such as Twilio to deliver messages.

Contact
